Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduler for Pharma Engineering Projects in Tuas, Singapore. You will manage full-cycle project schedules across design, procurement, construction and validation to ensure timely delivery while meeting GMP, safety and quality requirements.

The role requires minimum 5 years in scheduling, with 3+ years in pharma projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel analysis is essential; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years in scheduling; 3+ years in pharma projects preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; skilled in MS Project and Excel analytics.
• Familiar with GMP workflows and cleanroom construction sequencing.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF) and site safety requirements.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills; able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project (Level 1-4).
• Progress Tracking & Control: Weekly update of site progress, monitoring critical paths and buffer time.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules; support risk reviews.
