Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Scheduler for pharmaceutical engineering projects in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering on time while maintaining quality, safety and GMP compliance.

You will develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinate input from design, procurement, construction and validation, track progress, manage critical paths, and produce weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or PM.
• Minimum 3 years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience with schedule analysis and delay analysis.
• Experience developing measures for construction trades and engineering deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the project schedule within pharmaceutical engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Logic sequence activities and coordinate input from design, procurement, construction, and validation.
• Track site progress, monitor critical paths, identify delays and support mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to project meetings.
