Job summary

Integrity Partners in Singapore is seeking an experienced project executive to lead pharmaceutical EPCM programs from planning through to qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ). The role requires coordinating engineering deliverables, vendor procurement, and rigorous regulatory compliance across GMP, FDA, EMA standards.

You will act as the primary interface for clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, risk, and milestones are managed effectively and delivered on schedule within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field required.
• 8+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical EPCM projects.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, EMA and local regulatory standards.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: oversee projects from planning and budgeting to construction, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Engineering & Procurement: coordinate deliverables, review drawings, negotiate vendor contracts, manage long-lead procurement.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, EMA and local regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Alignment: serve as primary interface with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to manage scope, risks and milestones.
