Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Life Sciences project manager to drive investment projects from definition through handover. You will coordinate scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, procurement, and external partners to deliver projects meeting operational requirements.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in regulated industrial settings, with strong skills in project charters, business cases, scopes, schedules, and risk under stage-gate processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience managing engineering, CAPEX, construction, or investment projects within a regulated industrial environment.
• Experience developing project charters, business cases, scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Familiar with FAT, SAT, equipment inspections, and technical acceptance activities.
• Ability to manage project risks, changes, deficiencies, and deviations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project charters, business cases, cost estimates, and initiation documents.
• Define scope, work breakdown structures, cost breakdown structures, schedules, and execution plans.
• Lead procurement activities, tendering, bid evaluations, and contract placement.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, external partners, and contractors to meet scope, cost and schedule.
• Oversee project costs, schedules, risks, quality and safety during execution.
• Develop turnover strategy and manage final handover and project documentation.
