Job summary

Sanofi Aventis Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and coordinate production schedules for timely product delivery. You will work with production, supply chain, engineering and maintenance to optimize workflows and meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or supply chain, 5+ years in pharma, and proven scheduling experience in a cGMP facility. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Supply Chain.
5+ years pharma or cGMP experience preferred.
Experience in production scheduling and capacity planning.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production schedules.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays.
Perform scenario planning and capacity modeling.
Communicate with supply chain to ensure material availability.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Maintain records of production schedules and documentation.
