Job summary

Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply is seeking a Production Scheduler for the Tuas site in Singapore to plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely product delivery and optimal use of capacity.

You will work closely with production, supply chain, engineering and maintenance to monitor progress, adjust schedules, and perform capacity planning. Strong organizational and communication skills and 5+ years in pharma are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production schedules based on supply plans and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or changes in priorities.
  • Perform scenario planning and capacity modelling to optimize plant capacity.
  • Communicate with supply chain to ensure material availability and timely delivery of finished products.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules and related documentation.
