Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Procurement & Inventory professional to support forecasting, tender activities and supplier evaluation. You will maintain supplier panels, ensure compliance with pricing and contractual terms, and manage documentation.

You will consolidate purchase requests, generate POs through ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC), monitor orders, and ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive medicines while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier evaluation against price, quality and reliability.
• Familiar with ERP systems and regulatory requirements for medicines.
• Ability to maintain approved supplier panels and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forecasting and tender activities including supplier evaluation.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase orders and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate cold-chain handling and product storage compliance.
• Reconcile orders, provide reporting and support the Finance team.
