WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage pharmaceutical sourcing, purchasing, and inventory coordination. You will collaborate with suppliers, healthcare teams, warehouse operations, and Finance to ensure medications are available while meeting regulatory standards.

The role requires experience in procurement, familiarity with ERP systems (MS Business Central), and strong Excel skills for data analysis and spend tracking. Healthcare procurement knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related function.
Healthcare or pharmaceutical procurement experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for inventory tracking and spend analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage procurement records and supplier information.
Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Support pharmaceutical sourcing, tender exercises, quotation evaluation, and supplier selection.
Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, and approved suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and contract terms.
Analyze medication consumption and inventory trends to support demand forecasting and minimize stockouts.
Consolidate purchase requests and generate/purchase orders using ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
Monitor cold-chain requirements for temperature-sensitive products.
Support medication repacking activities for urgent clinic requirements where applicable.
Ensure procurement and inventory activities comply with regulatory standards.
Maintain procurement records and documentation for audit and compliance.
Coordinate product recalls and follow up on quality or packaging concerns.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive sourcing and bulk purchasing.
Work with Finance to resolve discrepancies involving PO, delivery notes, and invoices.
Process Goods Received Notes in the relevant systems.
Prepare procurement, inventory, and operational reports for management review.
