• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to meet schedule, output targets, yield, and quality.
• Plan staffing to minimize disruptions and maintain process continuity.
• Maintain safe, accurate handovers and update SOPs as needed.
• Lead team training to foster a professional environment and ensure QA readiness.
• Review batch records and coordinate with QA for timely submissions.
• Assist in audits, cost control, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment readiness and safety compliance.
• Support projects, technology transfers, and non-routine activities.
• Recruit operation staff and manage third-party contractors as needed.
