• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated production environment.
• Lead production teams across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance targets.
• Support process optimization, capacity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain, and EHS teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing performance programs.
• Support new product introduction, scale-up, or technology transfer activities where applicable.

Education

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

Job Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, API, biologics, formulation, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to GMP production operations and plant-based leadership.
• Experience in process improvement, manufacturing excellence, or technical operations is preferred.
• Suitable for Production Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Technical Operations Managers, or Plant Operations Leaders.
