Job summary

Thermo Fisher BioPharma Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a skilled leader to head a technical operations team, ensuring quality, safety and cGMP compliance across manufacturing activities.

You will drive process improvements, supervise NPI and change controls, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet targets while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, biological/chemical sciences or related disciplines.
• 3 to 6 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• People management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical operations team to meet quality, quantity, time, cost and safety targets.
• Provide technical, quality and safety guidance and develop robust development plans.
• Oversee NPIs and change controls, investigations and CAPA activities.
• Mentor engineers to manage NPI, CPV, problem solving and data analysis.
• Ensure EHS practices and site safety SOPs are followed.
