Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Sampling & Materials Handling Associate on a 12-month contract in Tuas to support GMP/pharma operations. Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on GMP-regulated pharma experience.
• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant science/technical field.
• Proficient in GMP/GDP fundamentals and data integrity principles.
• Experience with sampling techniques for materials and consumables.
• Familiarity with SAP/LIMS or similar documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Sample materials and manage documentation per SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Label, store, and track samples with batch numbers and temperatures.
• Support investigations and CAPA for deviations related to sampling.
• Maintain logs and ALCOA+ compliant records in SAP/LIMS.
• Coordinate with warehouse and external labs for sample shipments.
