Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to support pharma shipments in Singapore. You will handle end-to-end shipment preparation, liaise with customers, book airfreight, and process AWBs with training provided.

The role also covers updating import/export inventories and picking/packing pharma products. Candidates should have at least 1 year in airfreight or logistics and be proficient in MS Excel. Work hours are Mon-Fri with optional Sat duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight or logistics industry.
• Minimum O-Level qualification and above.
• Well-versed in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and completion of pharma logistics shipments.
• Liaising with customers for shipment order.
• Booking of airfreight to airline and execution of AWBs (training will be provided).
• Updating import and export products inventories.
• Picking and packing of pharma products.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
