Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics assistant based at Changi to handle pharma shipments and customer liaison. Working hours are Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm with the possibility of alternate Saturday shifts. Training will be provided for airfreight bookings and AWB processing.

You should have at least 1 year of experience in airfreight or logistics and be proficient in MS Excel. The role includes preparing shipments, inventory updates, and packing pharma products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight or logistics.
• Well-versed in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and completion of pharma logistics shipments.
• Liasing with customers for shipment order.
• Booking of airfreight to airline and execution of AWBs (training will be provided).
• Updating import and export products inventories.
• Picking and packing of pharma products.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
