The role leads technicians, coordinates contractors and OEMs, and ensures reliable building services while maintaining GMP compliance and safe operations. You will oversee preventive maintenance on HVAC/ACMV systems, inspect building services, and ensure proper documentation in SAP PM. Qualifications

• Lead and supervise facilities technicians and contractors.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/ACMV systems.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safe operations at the site.
• Maintain building services including plumbing, doors, ceilings, floors.
• Document maintenance activities in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Monitor safety procedures and permit-to-work processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate facilities technicians, including daily work allocation and guidance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/ACMV systems and related components.
• Inspect building services and coordinate servicing of fire protection and life safety systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, SOPs, LOTO and safety rules.
• Oversee contractor and OEM activities, verify work scopes, and ensure quality.
