Qualifications

• BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years or PhD/JD with 1+ year or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Experience in project management and leading complex projects.
• Ability to develop and manage plans to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and co-lead innovative projects across the operating unit, ensuring timely communication with key stakeholders on source changes, technical transfers, and Cost Improvement Projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and address time constraints and scheduling conflicts.
• Engage with contract manufacturers to ensure Pfizer's strategy is understood and resources are in place for execution.
• Implement appropriate process control strategies across unit operations, including trending, review, and action plans as needed.
• Develop and deliver Co-Development Plans for endorsement, incorporating strategies for Ph3 readiness, Process Understanding, RFT, ICH, PV, and BLA/MAA filing.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on technical strategies and priorities identified in the Technology Lifecycle Plan.
• Lead launch teams and operations sub-teams to develop strategic and tactical supply plans for the commercialization of new Pfizer products, ensuring a global focus.
