Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support customers at Novena/Orchard. You will handle incoming calls, client registration, record updates and appointment scheduling, while assisting with basic cashiering and product dispensing.

Stock monitoring, inventory replenishment, and processing purchase orders and delivery orders are part of the role. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply and grow with the team.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (JT-1045)

Location: Novena/Orchard

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 10am to 8pm, Sat, 10am to 5pm

Basic Salary: up to $2400
