Qualifications

• 2+ years as a sales hunter in pharma cold chain or related logistics.
• Proven record in new account acquisition and sales growth.
• Experience managing and expanding pharma/healthcare customer accounts.
• Proactive, self-motivated, results oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfort with cold calling and face-to-face engagement.
• Own vehicle preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers via calls, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Build your own sales pipeline and identify opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored cold chain or logistics solutions.
• Own self-acquired accounts from onboarding to growth.
• Negotiate contracts and secure agreements aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Track progress, follow up, and meet sales targets.
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Bring entrepreneurial ideas to grow the portfolio.
