Job summary

invites an experienced automation engineer to design, develop, and commission Rockwell PLC systems in GMP-regulated pharma environments, aligning with ISA-88 batch standards. You will collaborate with operations, process, and vendors to build robust control solutions, provide hands-on troubleshooting for Rockwell PLCs and FactoryTalk HMIs, and support NC/CAPA, validation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automation experience, preferably in pharma/biopharma.
• Strong Rockwell PLC systems experience.
• Knowledge of pharma processes, automation hardware, and networking.
• Familiar with SDLC, GMP, and pharma quality management.
• Excellent teamwork and communication; able to work onsite or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and commission Rockwell/Siemens PLC systems in GMP environments.
• Develop automation aligned with ISA-88 batch standards.
• Collaborate on hardware design, control strategies, and Rockwell library elements.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for Rockwell PLCs, HMIs (FactoryTalk), and networked controls.
• Support NC, CAPA, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including operations and vendors.
