Job summary

The Collar Club Pte Ltd is hiring a Store Manager for The Pet Shop in River Valley, Singapore. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires experience in retail or the pet industry, strong leadership, and the ability to work Friday to Sunday with a 9-7 schedule (9-7 Wed-Sat, 9-6 Sun) and 10 days annual leave. Employee discounts and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries and manage appointment calendar; update customers.
• Ensure daily store operations efficiency and support other departments.

The Pet Shop Assistant Store Manager

5 day work week（Wed-Sun）

Fri-Sun - must be able to work

River Valley

9-7pm Wed - Sat

9-6pm Sunday

10 days annual leave

Responsibilities

• responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Operational Management

• Answering customer enquiries, managing appointment calender, updates customer
• Ensure daily store operations efficiency and effectiveness (helping with all departments and team)
• Assist in achieving sales targets through service package recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of pets
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
• Ensure SOP is followed by all staff at all times
• Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and development
• Support staff training

Requirements

Ability to handle animals (all dog and cat breeds)

Strong customer complaint handling skills

Previous managerial experience (retail or pet industry pref)
