WE'RE HIRING PET RETAIL & OUTLET EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a responsible, pleasant and proactive individual to join our team and manage the daily operations of our puppy and kitten retail outlet. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with both animals and people. Customer service is an important part of the position, so the right candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, answering enquiries and providing a warm and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the retail outlet
• Attend to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and through WhatsApp or social media
• Introduce our puppies and kittens to potential customers and explain their care requirements
• Follow up with enquiries and provide good after‑sales customer service
• Manage the company's social media accounts
• Create, film and post engaging content featuring our puppies, kittens and services
• Ensure that the outlet remains clean, organised and presentable
• Assist with the daily care, cleanliness and general well‑being of the puppies and kittens
• Monitor the animals and promptly highlight any concerns to management
• Take initiative in completing daily tasks and supporting the overall running of the outlet

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about animals, understands the importance of good customer service and takes pride in keeping the outlet welcoming, clean and well‑managed.

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English
• Pleasant, friendly and confident when communicating with customers
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently

• Comfortable handling puppies and kittens
• Able to create content and manage social media platforms
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, social media or outlet management is preferred
