• Train and supervise staff to provide knowledgeable assistance regarding grooming services and products.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of grooming supplies and retail products.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize product turnover.
• Train and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, promotions, and new product information.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with grooming and administrative teams to streamline operational processes.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Work closely with the marketing department to implement and promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs.
