Job summary

Pawtel & Friends is seeking a dedicated Pet Wellness Coordinator to join our boutique pet boarding and daycare team on the day shift. You will supervise dogs, follow safety protocols, assist with basic grooming, and ensure each pet’s stay is calm and comfortable in our luxe facility.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, physically fit, able to work independently, and communicate clearly with pet parents and teammates. Training and certifications are provided along with staff perks.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine love for animals, especially dogs.
• Physically fit and able to handle dogs of various sizes.
• Experience in pet care or veterinary settings is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and comfort for dogs in suites and play areas.
• Monitor CCTV, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Feed, walk, and observe pets according to their routines and dietary needs.
• Assist with basic grooming, bedding changes, and sanitation of suites and common areas.
• Record any behavioural or health observations and report to management promptly.
• Support check-ins or check-outs when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and comfort for dogs in our suites and play areas.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a calm, caring demeanour under pressure.
