Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a empathetic Pet Care Specialist for families in Singapore. You will serve as the primary contact via calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins, guiding families through service options and taking ownership from intake to aftercare.

You will ensure smooth execution with the operations team, prepare farewell sessions in memorial rooms, and handle gentle grooming and preparation of pets for farewell, treating every pet as part of the family.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in a family-oriented setting.
Ability to guide families through service options and make recommendations.
Comfort with handling and preparing pets for farewell processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for families via calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
Guide families through available service options and assist decisions.
Take ownership of each case from intake to aftercare.
Anticipate clients' needs and proactively guide them through every step.
Act as the bridge between the family and operations team for flawless execution.
Prepare and facilitate farewell sessions in memorial rooms (VIP Garden Hall / Starry Room).
Guide families through the farewell process, including final moments, messages and rituals.
Perform gentle grooming, cleaning and preparation of pets for farewell.
Handle pets with respect, treating each as family members.
Support pet transfers and collections when required.
