Job summary

UNION SERVICES (S'PORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced executive chauffeur to provide safe, reliable transport for senior leaders in Singapore. You will handle home-to-office travel, meeting commutes, and ad-hoc driving while delivering documents and parcels.

Plan efficient routes, maintain discretion and privacy, and ensure vehicles remain clean and well-maintained. Expect schedule flexibility and prompt responsiveness to urgent requests.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience in Singapore.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive transport for Managing Director and Director between home, office, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle secure collection and delivery of documents and parcels.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and well-kept; perform basic checks and minor repairs.
• Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent transportation requests.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling personal and work matters.
• Assist management with administrative or driving-related duties.

Job description

Responsibility:
To provide safe, reliable and professional chauffeur services to senior management and distinguished guests, while ensuring timely transportation and efficient route planning. The role also supports document and parcel deliveries, basic errands, vehicle upkeep and ad-hoc driving requests.

Primary Job Function:

• Executive Transport: Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services to the Managing Director and Director, including transportation between home, office, meetings, and other appointments.
• Logistics & Errands: Handle the secure collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and basic administrative errands as assigned.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient routes and actively monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and well-kept condition at all times. Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs when necessary.
• Flexibility & Responsiveness: Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of privacy, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling personal and work-related matters.
• Management Support: Report directly to management and assist with occasional administrative or driving-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least of 2 to 5 years (or relevant corporate experience) of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience within Singapore.
• Licensing: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record free of major traffic violations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, navigation tools, and traffic apps, prioritizing safety, comfort, and safe driving practices.
• Soft Skills:Professional demeanor, strong verbal skills, and a high degree of reliability and punctuality.
