Kim Hua Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Executive Chauffeur to provide safe, reliable transport for the Chairman, Director and guests. The role includes driving between home, office and appointments, plus handling related errands.

We require 2–5 years of chauffeur experience, a valid Class 3 license with a clean record, and strong knowledge of local roads. Professionalism, discretion, and punctuality are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable chauffeur services to the Chairman, Director and guests, including transfers between home, office, meetings and other appointments.
• Handle secure collection and delivery of documents and basic errands as assigned.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain vehicle condition with routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
• Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling personal and work-related matters.
• Support management with occasional administrative or driving-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Transport: Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services to the Chairman, Director, and distinguished guests, including transportation between home, office, meetings, and other appointments. Family transportation when required.
• Logistics & Errands: Handle the secure collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and basic administrative errands as assigned.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient routes and actively monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and well-kept condition at all times. Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs when necessary.
• Flexibility & Responsiveness: Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of privacy, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling personal and work-related matters.
• Management Support: Report directly to management and assist with occasional administrative or driving-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years (or relevant corporate experience) of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience within Singapore.
• Licensing: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record free of major traffic violations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, navigation tools, and traffic apps, prioritizing safety, comfort, and safe driving practices.
• Soft Skills:Professional demeanor, strong verbal skills, and a high degree of reliability and punctuality.
