Job summary

Kim Hua Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Executive Chauffeur to support the Chairman, Director, and senior guests with safe, reliable transport across home, office, meetings and events. You will plan routes, monitor traffic, maintain the vehicle, ensure privacy, and assist with occasional administrative tasks, while upholding highest standards of discretion and punctuality.

A valid Class 3 driving license with a clean record and 2–5 years of professional driving experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience within Singapore.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record free of major traffic violations.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, navigation tools, and traffic apps, prioritizing safety, comfort, and reliable driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable chauffeur services to the Chairman, Director, and distinguished guests, including transportation between home, office, meetings, and other appointments.
• Handle secure collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and basic administrative errands as assigned.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrivals at all destinations.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and well-kept; conduct basic vehicle checks and routine maintenance when necessary.
• Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent transportation requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Transport: Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services to the Chairman, Director, and distinguished guests, including transportation between home, office, meetings, and other appointments. Family transportation when required.
• Logistics & Errands: Handle the secure collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and basic administrative errands as assigned.
• Route Planning: Plan efficient routes and actively monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and well-kept condition at all times. Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs when necessary.
• Flexibility & Responsiveness: Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of privacy, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling personal and work-related matters.
• Management Support: Report directly to management and assist with occasional administrative or driving-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years (or relevant corporate experience) of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience within Singapore.
• Licensing: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record free of major traffic violations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, navigation tools, and traffic apps, prioritizing safety, comfort, and safe driving practices.
• Soft Skills:Professional demeanor, strong verbal skills, and a high degree of reliability and punctuality.
