Job summary

IMC GROUP ASIA (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Chauffeur to provide safe transportation for our Executive Vice-Chairman and senior management. The role emphasizes punctuality, discretion, and vehicle upkeep.

You will plan routes, maintain the vehicle, and assist with ad-hoc duties, including possible weekend or evening hours, to support senior leadership’s schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or corporate chauffeur is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur the Executive Vice-Chairman and Senior Management to meetings, events, and appointments.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and timely transportation at all times.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, well-maintained, odour-free condition.
• Conduct routine inspections and arrange servicing when needed.
• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Chauffeur the company’s Executive Vice-Chairman and Senior Management to meetings, events, and other appointments.

• Ensure safe, smooth, and timely transportation at all times.

• Maintain the vehicle in tip-top condition, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and odour-free.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the vehicle is always in good driving condition.

• Arrange for regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.

• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrival.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience as a personal or corporate chauffeur is preferred.
