Job description

As a Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior leadership, helping to ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will be part of the Corporate Services team, to also support the Executive Assistant to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer.This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing/checking Company Resolutions, and contract documents as well as handling operation matters.

  • Provide support for all meetings, conference calls, functions, and events.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and operations.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes and action items.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide discreet and confidential support on sensitive matters.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience supporting Senior Management

  • Proficient in MS Office and be Internet savvy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels

  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese

  • Good translation and writing skills

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential

  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial duties will be an advantage.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
