Job summary

ATRIO FAMILY CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a permanent part-time Clinic Assistant to join a small, friendly team. Training starts in November 2026, with regular rostered sessions from December 2026 / January 2027.

You will handle patient registration, dispense medications, manage billing and claims, and help supervise patient flow during busy sessions. On-the-job training is provided, and there is potential to move to a contract full-time role for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Permanent part-time role in a busy GP clinic.
• Able to start mornings at 8:00am.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
• Living in or near Yishun is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at front desk and manage registrations.
• Dispense medication.
• Handle billing, payments, and claims.
• Manage patient flow during busy sessions.
• Chaperone examinations when needed.
• Maintain clinic housekeeping and stock checks.

About the role

We are a neighbourhood family clinic in Yishun looking for a permanent part-time Clinic Assistant to join our small, friendly team. Training starts in November 2026, with regular rostered sessions from December 2026 / January 2027.

What you'll do

• Patient registration and front desk
• Dispensing medication
• Billing, payments and claims (CHAS, MediSave, TPA where applicable)
• Managing patient flow during busy sessions
• Chaperoning for examinations and procedures when needed
• Clinic housekeeping, stock checks and other ad hoc duties

Sessions

• Morning sessions 8:00am–2:00pm and evening sessions 5:30pm–9:30pm
• 5–6 sessions per week, on a fixed roster
• Weekend sessions may be included when rostered

Who we're looking for

• Looking for a long-term, permanent part-time role
• Able to commit to the 8:00am start for morning sessions
• Reliable, patient and comfortable in a busy GP / family clinic
• Clear English; Mandarin, Malay or other languages a plus
• Prior clinic assistant, pharmacy technician or GP clinic experience preferred, but full on-the-job training is provided
• Living in or near Yishun is a plus

Training and pay

• Training in November 2026
• $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Opportunity to move to a contract full-time role for strong performers
