We’re a friendly family medicine (GP) clinic looking for a part-time Clinic Assistant to join our team for evening and weekend shifts.

Job type: Part-time (evenings and weekends)

About the role:

• Register patients using our clinic management system
• Dispense medications
• Manage appointments and answer patient queries
• Assist the doctor with clinical procedures

What we’re looking for

• A positive, approachable personality and a team-player attitude
• Comfortable using a computer
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus, as many of our patients are Chinese-speaking
• Willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills

No clinic experience?

• No problem. Full training is provided.
