Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a logistics admin support to ensure inventory accuracy and timely operations. You will provide day-to-day admin support to the logistics team to help achieve business objectives.

Based in Tampines, the role covers inbound/outbound shipments, inventory reporting, and coordination of returns. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with company transport or reimbursement available; open to ad-hoc deployments to Changi Airport or Tuas warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant logistics experience preferred.
• Mon-Fri 9am-6pm schedule in Tampines, with potential ad-hoc site visits.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day shipments inbound and outbound monitoring.
• RTW (Return To Warehouses) RTV (Return To Vendors) co-ordination and documentation.
• Warehouse invoice processing.
• Inventory report and analysis.
• Any other tasks or assignments as assigned by your Superior or the Management.

You are required to provide Logistics related administrative support to the team to ensure our inventory supplies are accurate and timely to support the Operations to achieve business objectives.

• RTW (Return To Warehouses) RTV (Return To Vendors) co-ordination and documentations
• Warehouse invoice processing
• Inventory report and analysis
• Any other tasks or assignments as assigned by your Superior or the Management

Details

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Tampines (primarily work location)
• Open to report to Changi Airport and warehouse in Tuas on ad-hoc basis. Company transportation or reimbursement will be provided

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in related discipline to logistics or supply chain management
• Minimum 1 year of relevant logistics experience preferred
• Range: $2800- $3200
• Annual Leave from 14 days to 18 days
