Job summary

Merci Marcel in Singapore is seeking friendly service staff to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a warm, informed attitude. You’ll advise guests on the menu and wine, work with a tight team and maintain clean, welcoming outlets.

This part-time role offers 25–30 hours per week with fixed shifts (9-2 and 6-11) at Orchard / Botanic Gardens / Robertson Quay, a meritocratic French company with meal allowances, staff discounts and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including advising guests on menu and wine choices.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Preparing the table set up for service.
• Maintaining operational areas to exceed guest’s cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations.
• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems.
