Job summary

MERCI MARCEL SG PTE. LTD. is seeking team members for a part-time front-of-house role in Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks while maintaining a warm, French-inspired service standard at one of our outlets.

Fixed shifts include 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 6:00 PM–11:00 PM, with a total of 25–30 hours per week. Eligible staff enjoy incentives, meal allowances, staff discounts, referrals, and welcome birthday vouchers.

Qualifications

• Long term commitment required.

• Minimally 4 days/week.

• Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Preparing the table set up for service.
• Maintaining operational areas to exceed guest's cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations.
• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problem.

Requirements:

• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problem.

• Salary range: up to S$15/hr | 25-30 hours work week, no split shift.
