Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a technically skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will participate in machine troubleshooting, assist with preventive and predictive maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and help with the buy-off of new equipment.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure continuous production and contribute to SOPs and troubleshooting guides. Shift work (morning or night) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in machine troubleshooting and maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in machine troubleshooting and support SOP/troubleshooting guide.
• Support preventive and autonomous maintenance and PM schedules.
• Execute preventive/predictive maintenance including spare parts inventory and service contracts.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in machine troubleshooting and, inclusive of abnormal machine facility infrastructure breakdown, troubleshooting machine, support in establishing machine operating SOP and troubleshooting guide

• Support machine/facility PM schedule activity and autonomous maintenance

• Executing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance work activity, including spare parts inventory & service contracts, to enhance Manufacturing/Facility Equipment performance.

• Support and Implementation and buy-off of new Manufacturing Equipment

• Collaborate with and manage suppliers to support installation, servicing activity.

• Carry out troubleshooting of Plant / Manufacturing Equipment to ensure continuous production.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or any other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in machine troubleshooting and performing machine maintenance is preferred.
• Machine maintenance and facility troubleshooting related knowledge and practical experience prefer.
• Good mechanical, facility and machinery understanding will be preferred.
• Knowledge in Electrical and/or Mechanical.
• Willing to work on shift (Morning or Night shift)
