Job summary

M3 EMPLOYMENT is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Assistant in Singapore to support production equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility infrastructure. You will help implement preventive maintenance, maintain records, and assist in supervising technicians.

You will coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring safety, ISO/MOM compliance, spare-parts control, and cost management under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or facilities management experience in manufacturing.
• NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM–12:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Oversee general facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitoring work quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO requirements, and MOM standards.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and maintenance costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager / supervisor.
