• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including eye dressing and blood glucose monitoring.
• Assist with operating theatre preparation, circulating duties, anaesthetic care and recovery room activities.
• Observe and record vital signs, escalate concerns to the clinical team promptly.
• Deliver clear pre-operative instructions, post-operative education and discharge guidance.
• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment and consumables; support patient transfers and workflows.
• Maintain infection control, patient safety and documentation standards.
