Job summary

RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a perioperative nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in the operating theatre in Singapore. You will assist surgeons during operations, monitor patients, and coordinate with multidisciplinary caregivers to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities include preparing the OR, maintaining sterility, assisting in anesthesia and recovery, documenting care, and guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience as a staff nurse in a clinical setting.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board with a valid practising certificate.
• BCLS & AED certified.
• Mon to Sat, 5.5 days.
• Minimum Advanced Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care.
• Assist the surgeon during operation.
• Monitor and assess patient during surgical procedures.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary caregivers in providing safe efficient patient care.
• Assist in anesthesia, recovery, circulating duties and any other duties within the team.
• Document accurately in relevant patient care records and in billing of consumables and implants.
• Implement and maintain sterility and asepsis for all procedures and techniques.
• Provide guidance for new or junior staff to ensure quality-nursing care.
