Job summary

Givaudan Singapore is looking for a Perfumery Lab Assistant to support oil sample preparation, raw material management, and timely delivery to perfumers and the Application Laboratory. You will learn to operate the Robot and may work occasional overtime.

Open to candidates with no experience; on-the-job training provided. A NITEC or higher (NITEC/Diploma) and basic computer skills are required. Meticulous, patient and a strong team player, you will work from 9am to 6pm in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• NITEC or higher (NITEC/Diploma) required or preferred.
• Computer literate with basic Excel and Word skills.
• Meticulous, patient, neat and good housekeeping.
• No known chemical allergy.
• A team player.

Responsibilities

• Weigh oil samples with precision according to formulas.
• Maintain perfumery raw materials and replenish from production.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized.
• Ensure timely delivery of oils to perfumers and labs.
• Handle ad hoc requests from perfumers and internal clients.
• Learn to operate the Robot; occasional overtime may be required.
• Working hours: 9-6pm.

Perfumery Lab Assistant - Your future position?

As the Perfumery Lab Assistant, you will support oil sample preparation, raw material management, laboratory cleanliness and timely delivery of oils to perfumers and the Application Laboratory. You will also support ad hoc requests, learn to operate the Robot, and be willing to work occasional overtime.

Job Description

• Weighing oil sample with precision as according to the formula
• Maintenance of perfumery raw material in the laboratory, replenishment of raw material from production floor
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment and the laboratory
• Ensure timely delivery of oils to perfumers and Application laboratory.
• Attend to ad hoc requests from perfumers and internal clients.
• Willing to do occasional OT
• Learn the operation of Robot.
• Working hours 9-6pm
