You will lead rehearsal logistics, call precision cues, supervise backstage operations, manage props, and ensure safety. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to live performance pressures.

Qualifications

• Proven background in stage management, theatre production, live entertainment, or corporate events.
• Experience calling cues and managing live production run sheets.
• Strong technical understanding of stagecraft, including lighting, sound, and AV setups.
• Strong leadership and clear communication under live production pressures.
• Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate complex schedules and crews.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehearsal schedules, production run sheets, and live show execution.
• Lead daily rehearsal logistics and ensure cues and technical integration run on time.
• Oversee live show operations, calling precision cues for casts, lighting, audio, and scenery.
• Maintain master production timelines and prompt scripts across show cycles.
• Supervise backstage crews and ensure safe transitions and efficient costume changes.
• Direct interaction with artistic, technical teams, and performers; issue decisions during issues.
