Job summary

MR. BOSS KTV PUB PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated Performing Artiste Manager to coordinate on-stage performances, rehearsals, and performance refinement. You will work closely with performers and staff to ensure smooth shows and weekly routines, while handling administrative duties and monthly meetings related to stage performance matters.

Experience in managing performers and familiarity with East Asian pop culture are highly valued, with Mandarin/Jpop/Kpop knowledge considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule all on-stage performances.
• Attend rehearsals and work with other performers.
• Collaborate with performers to refine performances.
• Maintain weekly routine performances.
• Assist performers in selecting for optimal performance standards.
• Oversee performer admin and reporting to management.
• Manage staff and assist management with performer issues.
• Attend monthly meetings on stage performance matters.

Job description

• Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company


• Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer


• Work with performers to fine-tune performance


• Keep and update weekly routine performances


• Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards


• In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management


• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers


• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia


• 3 to 4 years' experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager


• Able to communicate well with the performers


• Has experience as Performer is a plus


• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous


• Strong stage experience
