Job summary

MR BOSS KTV PUB in Singapore seeks a Performing Artiste Manager to coordinate on-stage performances and rehearsals, working closely with performers to fine-tune acts.

You will oversee weekly routines, assist in selecting performers for optimal shows, and manage performer admin while reporting to management. Experience with East Asia performers and Mandarin pop familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager.
• Strong communication with staff and performers.
• Experience with East Asia artists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule on-stage performances.
• Attend and arrange rehearsals with performers.
• Collaborate with performers to refine performances.
• Maintain weekly routine performances.
• Assist in performer selection for peak performance.
• Handle performer admin and reporting to management.
• Manage staff and support management on performer issues.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company
• Attend and arrange for rehearsals and work with other performer
• Work with performers to fine-tune performance
• Keep and update weekly routine performances
• Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards
• In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management
• Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia
• 3 to 4 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager
• Able to communicate well with the performers
• Has experience as Performer is a plus
• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous
• Strong stage experience
