Job summary

You will collaborate with producers to schedule rehearsals, assess performers, and ensure readiness for performances, while maintaining smooth stage operations and high teamwork among artistes.

• Arrange show lists and schedule performers to ensure seamless event flow
• Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified performing artistes
• Assess individual performers' strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall production quality
• Collaborate with producers to coordinate artiste performance time slots and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and align on production goals
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards and support artistes during shows
• Coordinate with fellow artistes and band members to fine-tune performances, ensuring readiness and smooth stage operations
• Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among artistes to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
