Qualifications

• 3–5 years working experience as Performing Artiste Manager
• Able to work and communicate well with all singers
• Must have experience as Performer and singing
• Knowledge of Chinese songs; Jpop/Kpop advantageous
• Strong stage experience

Responsibilities

• Participate in all assigned on the stage performances of the company
• Attend all rehearsals and work with the band members and all the singer
• Work with the stage manager to fine tune performance
• Keep and update all weekly selection of the least 20 songs for routine performance
• Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards
• Recruit and interview all new performing artistes
• Interpret all music or dance and perform production
• Guide and advise artistes to improve on the stage
• Discipline problematic artiste
