Job summary

Theresa Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing & Creative Manager to drive customer acquisition for beauty and aesthetic treatments. You will lead campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, shaping creative concepts and messaging to attract qualified leads and bookings.

You will guide designers and producers on artwork, videos and headlines, while optimizing spend and reporting on performance in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Direct experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven lead generation of 500+ qualified leads per month or proportionate to budget.
• Experience managing a monthly ad budget of SGD 20,000+.
• Strong understanding of CPL, cost per booked appointment, ROAS.
• Ability to show actual campaign results beyond reach/impressions.
• Experience directing advertising artwork and short-form video content.
• Familiarity with beauty, wellness, medical aesthetic or clinic advertising rules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Manage campaign structure, audiences, keywords, bidding, budgets and retargeting.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead volume and cost per lead.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining acceptable acquisition costs.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, GA, GTM and related tools.
• Monitor landing pages, lead forms and WhatsApp journeys in the funnel.
• Recommend how to allocate budgets between brands, treatments and channels.
• Develop advertising concepts specifically for beauty and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare clear creative briefs for designers and videographers.
• Provide direction for artwork, headlines, offers and CTAs.
