Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a People Operations Executive to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management and people services across our Singapore HQ and regional offices. You’ll maintain accurate records, update policies, and coordinate workplace operations, finance processes, and vendor relationships to deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, contract renewals and employment documentation.
• Own the day-to-day People Services channel, serving as a first point of contact for employee enquiries on established P&C processes and services.
• Maintain and update the P&C handbook, employee-facing policies, FAQs, organisational charts and other people knowledge resources.
• Coordinate day-to-day Singapore HQ operations, including office supplies, pantry inventory, facilities requests, meeting spaces and workplace service providers.
• Coordinate the verification and submission of office-related invoices and expense documentation across markets.
