Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience in a hands-on HR generalist role.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Mature, resourceful and confident handling sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute the full spectrum of HR functions and operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, leave administration, employee records management, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Support both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including policy implementation, workforce planning, manpower budgeting, headcount forecasting, and process improvements.
• Serve as main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing professional, responsive, people-oriented support.
• Handle employee relations, workplace communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management with discretion.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare, learning, and development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
• Support HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
