Job summary

WWF-Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Executive to drive digital transformation, improve HR processes, and support payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle activities. The role focuses on efficiency and enhancing the employee experience across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR/BA and at least 2 years of HR operations experience, with familiarity in payroll, recruitment, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience, with payroll exposure.
• Experience supporting HR projects, with focus on process improvement and digitalisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable using HR systems, dashboards, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR digital transformation and process improvements; coordinate system rollouts and initiatives.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including postings, scheduling, and reference checks.
• Assist monthly payroll processing with external providers and maintain employee records.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, and prepare HR letters/reports.
