Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to oversee Employee Lifecycle operations and Risk & Governance within a regulated financial services environment. This hands-on role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to work independently, with guidance to junior team members and exposure to MAS/MOM regulatory requirements and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of HR/People Operations experience.
• Experience across end-to-end Employee Life Cycle operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, transfers, employee changes and offboarding.
• Oversee HR documentation, benefits and leave administration within SLAs.
• Manage Singapore work pass applications, renewals and cancellations with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR data, HRIS records and reporting.
• Oversee HR operational queries via shared mailboxes and HRIS helpdesk channels.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of People Operations processes.
• Support Risk & Governance activities, including policy governance, audits and remediation of gaps.
• Support MAS-related governance requirements, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain audit-ready governance records and SOPs.
• Identify material operational risks and data quality concerns.
• Provide guidance to junior People Operations team members.
