Job summary

BSG Landscape & Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Admin professional in Singapore to support payroll, payroll slips, and HR daily operations. You will handle HR administrative tasks, assist in recruitment and training, and support employment pass matters, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business Administration or HR, has 1–2 years HR admin experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 1–2 years HR admin and support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll submission and issuance of payslips to employees.
• Assist HR administrative matters in the department.
• Submit yearly employment income documents.
• Support work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, levy waivers and appeals.
• Assist in recruitment and training of employees.
• Assist staff onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Address employee queries.
• Assist in company certification/licence renewal.
• Other admin duties assigned.
